IBC MOZAMBIQUEOUR GOALS
- To maximize the participation of PIO/NRI/OCI businesses in the activities of IBC, so that it is recognized as an effective force.
- To organize interactive sessions with other Business Councils / Chambers/Federations in Mozambique and in India for exploring business opportunities.
- To organize sessions to promote interaction and to improve the business environment in Mozambique
- To promote and encourage business amongst IBC members.
- To maintain good liaison with Government officials to resolve business-related issues.
- Participate in Seminars, Events, Trade fairs and B2B meetings organized by both India and Mozambique Government.
- To share maximum information about ‘India & Mozambique Economy’.
[OUR OBJECTIVES]
The Council is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization. Our objectives are as follows:
- To create a forum that allows members to assist and complement each other in establishing a smooth framework for the development of Indian business in Mozambique.
- To assist authorities in Mozambique’s in promoting India–Mozambique’s commercial and economic co-operation through the dissemination of information on Mozambique’s to Indian business and industry.
- To gather, exchange and collate business and other relevant information for the benefits of the members.
- To cooperate with relevant organizations for creating suitable conditions for the members and their families working and living in Mozambique’s.
- To organize business meetings with Government bodies for its members.
- To organize social events for the members and the community.
- To publish and circulate periodically, to the members, a Newsletter/emails covering useful information.
- To assist members by way of advice on proper and lawful business practices without intervening in any legal disputes involving them.
